They are not typical, are not a guarantee of results, and may have been edited for length or clarity while preserving the substance of the person's experience. Some testimonials may be from students who received access at no cost or reduced cost; where that is the case it will be disclosed alongside the testimonial. Individual results vary widely and depend on the individual's own decisions, skill, capital, and market conditions.

3. Refund Policy

We want you confident in your decision to work with us. Refund terms are specific to each offering:

• Free content (Starter Kit, weekly market notes, free community areas): free — no charge, nothing to refund.
• Membership ($100/month): cancel at any time from your account. No refunds on the current billing period; you will retain access through the end of the period you paid for.
• 1:1 Mentorship: sold by application. Refund terms will be documented in the mentorship agreement provided prior to enrollment. Because 1:1 mentorship is a high-touch service, refunds are generally limited or unavailable once sessions have begun; specific terms will be stated in the agreement.

4. Privacy Policy

What we collect

Omega Income Club ("we", "us") collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, and any details you submit through our forms (application questions, opt-in forms). We also collect standard usage and analytics data via our website and email tools (page views, email opens/clicks, IP-derived approximate location).

How we use it

We use the information to deliver the content, community access, and communications you signed up for; to process payments through our payment provider; to send you email and SMS updates about Omega Income Club (which you can opt out of at any time); to improve our offerings; and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our CRM/email platform, payment processor, and community/Discord tools), each under their own privacy terms, and only as needed to deliver our services or as required by law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or opt out of SMS by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing omegaincomeclub@gmail.com. If you are a resident of California, the EU/UK, or another jurisdiction with data-protection laws, additional rights may apply — email us to exercise them.

5. Terms of Service

By using this website and any Omega Income Club programs or communications, you agree to the following:

• Educational content only. All content is educational and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice (see the Trading & Risk Disclaimer).
• Your own decisions and outcomes. You are responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, and for any resulting gains or losses.
• Personal license. Program access — including the course, weekly plans, live calls, community, and 1:1 materials — is licensed to you personally and may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or used to train third-party models or services.
• No harassment or solicitation in the community. Members must follow the community rules posted in the Discord's rules channel. Signals, pumping stocks, DM solicitation, or promotion of other services are prohibited. Violations may result in warnings or removal without refund.
• Changes and discontinuation. We may update, replace, or discontinue offerings at any time. If we do so, we will honor active subscriptions through their paid period.
• Payment. Fees are billed through our payment provider. Failure of payment may result in loss of access.
• Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of Omega Income Club is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
